Three generations photo shoot

Three Generations photo shoot.

When I look back on my photography journey, I remember all the people who have put their trust in me to photograph their memories. This is one of the first families I ever photographed – it was back when baby Robs was but a twinkle in Ash’s eye, and Cheryl was not yet a granny to this sweet child. It was back in 2010, Ash was fresh out of school and we did mom and daughter shoot. It turned out so awesome and we had such fun, and got some cool photos from the shoot. I did quite a bit of experimenting on that shoot and tried out different styles with them, but the whole time they were so relaxed and fun to work with.

A few years later I then did a full family shoot for them when I was in Zimbabwe with dad, and Ash’s brothers, and recently I got to capture the precious addition to the family in a three generations photo shoot!! :) It’s amazing how much having a child can change you – and both Ash and I now have children and we are so different to the people we were in the first photo shoot we did – older, wiser and enriched from having the precious little souls in our lives.
