Melissa and Jono’s Wedding was one of the most fun weddings I’ve done.
Melissa has the biggest heart and a smile to match. Her petite frame against Jono’s tall stature just fit so well. They are very cute together and have family and friends who compliment the love they have for each other.
One of the funniest speeches came from the best men, where he talked of how many men have had a crush on her and how they would visit her just to see her. She is such a lovely person, she wouldn’t think anything ill of the men visiting her, and was happy for visit. He told of how these men all had keys to her apartment and now that she is married, she is a taken woman and they need to return her keys. So various men from around the tables including guests, friends all got up to drop them in the bowl. And then once all the keys were returned into a bowl that the best man was holding, he said “OK guys, I think we’re still missing one set!” And from the corner, came one of the waiter’s with “his set of keys” to return. The guests all erupted into laughter as it was so unexpected. It was a really well planned joke and well executed!! :)
I love speeches and getting to know the couple a bit more and it was such a fun evening capturing the laughter, jokes and dancing!
