We really do live in the most gorgeous city. It’s a different kind of beauty to Cape Town, or the coastal cities. It’s raw, rough, built, busy.
If you choose to look at the bad points of Joburg, then there’ll be no good reason to stick around. But if you look at the good things here and where we’re going as a nation, you will really start to see the beauty of this place we live in and the little things – such as the jacarandas – will make your drive home, not so bad!
