Nikki and Wesley’s Sandton wedding, Pure Wedding Bliss

This is why I love photographing weddings!

I know I say it often, and love is present at each wedding and each is so uniquely different. But this couple reconfirmed why I love my job so much! And it is why I love to capture this special day for couples. Nikki has a heart bursting full of kindness, compassion and love. Wesley is one of the most genuine, loving and God-fearing people. They are the perfect match.

It’s a wonderful thing to watch when two people have so much passion for each other, and hold so much respect for the other.

So, to say I was getting excited during the photo shoot, may be an understatement, but with these two infront of my lens, one can understand my excitedness! :)

I also realised just how lucky I am with my husband, Dirk! He came to assist with the photos, to hold reflector, bags, cameras, lenses, props. (he did a lot of running back to the car to fetch some props which I had forgotten) He helped me focus on what I was there to do and not worry about the extra stuff.
