Photography takes me to meet people and to celebrate in the joy of the day with them & I love that these memories can be frozen in time.
Often times if I sit and take in a moment (and I don’t have my camera along with me) my eyes are looking at objects and angles and at how light is falling in a certain way on objects. I start to compose in my head to see how the camera would take the picture. I find it fascinating that  a camera lens works much like our eyes do (sometimes even better)
I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful family to celebrate Shelley and Brett’s baby shower. Charlene (Shelley’s sister) threw a fabulous party, with delicious cake & lunch. Shelley’s little boy is sure to be kitted out with lots of gifts & welcomed into a very loving family :)
