It’s Christmas eve and I’ll leave you with this gorgeous family shoot which I did while in Zimbabwe.
You may recognise this family from the Leaver’s dance I photographed a few weeks ago (click here to see it). Jess, has just left school, and next year will be leaving home for university. She is a beautiful girl, who has her roots with her family, but her parents have given her wings to fly and be independent next year. These family photos will be treasured once she is away studying.
Her sisters Ash and Cari are still in school and do they not make the most picture perfect family you’ve seen? They were all such fun to photograph, laughing & modelling for the camera and running through the long grass. They really express their love for each other through their actions. Cari (my assistant from the leavers & who helped me on this shoot) is such a character and was cracking jokes which had them all in hysterics, including me! :)
