Elegant wedding at the Meikles Hotel, Zimbabwe

This time a year ago, Steve and Nicky got engaged. It feels like just the other day that Nicky asked me to be her photographer and was telling me her plans for the wedding which was, then, a year away.

Nicky and I went to high school together and then to university. We both ha Venciendo La Depresion Psicologica ve a love for creativity, so we ended up studying Fine Art together.

I was thrilled to hear the news when they got engaged, because Steve & Nix were together in varsity and had been together ever since. Both of them are so well suited for each other and I knew their wedding was going to be amazing!

When I arrived in Zimbabwe, I met up with them to look at their venue â€“ the Meikles hotel in Harare. What a perfect location for them! Big mirrors, golden lights, huge open staircases & chandeliers all over. Wow!

I knew Nicky was going to look beautiful, but when her dress went on, I shed a little tear, so I can only imagine how Steve felt as she entered the Chapel.

A beautiful, slightly rainy day followed, and the joy and love was so awesome between them!
