Family matters

What a small world – I went to school with Jayne so I remember her as my senior and I remember her mum from the tuck shop at school. :) I always liked Jayne, even though she was my senior, she was so nice to us juniors.

So what a wonderful surprise to get a call from her to photograph her family and granny and gramps got to feature as well with the boys. It really shows that family matters. No matter how far we live apart, it is so important to keep in touch and family is the one constant thing in our lives and they will be there for us no matter what!

I always say it, I know, but capturing family moments are so super important. We all have smart phones now, so we’re able to whip out the phone to take a quick snap which has revolutionized photography, but its so important to take some time out to have a professional shoot with your family so that you can actually be in the shot with your kids. Kids grow so fast, and life happens so quickly that you should get those moments on camera and printed so you can remember them.

How cute is the little Springbok rugby player?! He was tackling his brother like a proper rugby player and kept on saying “When are we going to the rugby field!?” – that was all he was interested in but we got some super cute shots of them! hehe
